a celebration of delicious food
MADE FROM SCRATCH IN DEVON

We believe the gift of good food, made by hand with exceptional ingredients, is unrivalled in how it can start a day or turn a day around.
When my grandma died I watched my mum, Sasha, cook her way through her grief. Creating beautiful food was an act of love for us, a creative outlet for her and a way to connect with friends when she needed them.
We created SCOBLE & PARK to make it easier to eat delicious, flavoursome food made from scratch, when you don’t have the time or energy to shop, prepare and cook what you want to. A helping hand from our kitchen to yours.
'Scoble' and 'Park' are my grandma and great-grandma's maiden names. We chose them because they encapsulate family and honour the cooked-from-scratch recipes they passed down to my mum.
We use exceptional ingredients, experiment with new flavour combinations and support British producers. You can always trust us to work with responsible farmers, makers and growers who are passionate about their produce and provenance.
For instance, our first pantry staple, the Honey, Date & Mulberry granola, uses third-generation farmer Mike’s gluten-free organic oats grown in Aberdeenshire and single-estate Staffordshire honey from Laura and Ed, who sow 100 wildflowers for every jar sold.
Our family kitchen is based at our home in Devon, amid the foothills of northern Dartmoor. From here, led by Sasha, and inspired by the rich produce of the countryside around us, we continually trial new recipes and explore different flavour combinations to enhance our favourite dishes.
From our kitchen to yours, flavoursome, homemade food to lift the spirits and enjoy.
